After receiving your complete box set Smallville 1-9 I checked every disc. Some discs first did not want to play. I guess, during the shipping some must have gathered static charge.I have read this complain on your product several times. Please tell your purchasers, that after receiving your shipment they should wipe carefully each disc with anti-static cloth. In most cases that will correct the problem. That is how all my discs are playing now. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering from you soon more sets. Thank you for good service.
